Virtual Consultation
If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp health, but cannot visit our clinics in person, we are still able to help. During your consultation, your trichologist will discuss your concerns, then recommend a bespoke treatment plan and hair care regime. Blood tests may be recommended, which can often be arranged via your GP.
The trichologist may not be able to provide a full diagnosis during your virtual consultation, but they will be able to share guidance/recommendations in terms of hair and scalp concerns. You may be asked to visit the clinic for a full assessment if needed — this will be discussed during your consultation.
Please note:
- Based on the information you provide, the trichologist may not be able to give a definitive diagnosis, but they will be able to provide guidance relating to your hair/scalp concerns.
- The trichologist may suggest attending the clinic in-person for your follow-up appointment, in order to assess your hair or scalp and confirm diagnosis, as well as make any alterations to your treatment or product regimen.

Initial Consultation & Clinical Treatment
If you are worried about hair loss, scalp issues, the condition of your hair, or if you have hair texture concerns or are experiencing hair breakage, we are here to help. During your 60-minute consultation, your trichologist will examine your hair and scalp, talk through your health history with you (think medication, diet and lifestyle habits, for example) and recommend a tailored treatment plan going forward.
Sometimes blood tests may be recommended. These can usually be undertaken on the same day via our associated blood test lab (additional fees apply) or through your GP. A trichotherapist will then perform a bespoke treatment relevant to your diagnosis, during which you’ll be shown how to use your products, as well as given guidance as to how to style your hair healthily.
Please note: More complex treatments may last more than 60 minutes, but your trichologist will advise on this.

Virtual Follow-Up Appointment
For existing clinic clients only, depending on your diagnosis. Following your initial consultation, if you cannot visit our clinics in person, we offer the option for a virtual follow-up appointment instead.
Your trichologist will recommend appointments to check in on progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, plus make any necessary updates to your treatment plan and renew prescriptions. Your trichologist will advise how often these are required. Frequency will vary according to your diagnosis, as some conditions require more regular monitoring than others.
Please note:
- That based on the information provided, the Consultant will not be able to give a diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of my hair/scalp concerns.
- That some conditions cannot be monitored through a Virtual Appointment, and therefore I may need to attend the Clinic in person for my follow-up appointment in order to assess my hair/scalp.

Follow-Up Appointment

For existing clinic clients only. This efficient 15-minute appointment allows your trichologist to advise on matters that may not require a full 30-minute follow-up. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they can help with advising on the type of appointment to book best-suited to your needs.

TREATMENTS
Intensive Scale Removal
Intensive Scale Removal
Exclusively for existing clinic clients who have received a consultation. This treatment uses our products recommended by your trichologist during your initial consultation or follow-up appointment. It includes careful, expert removal of thick, adherent scale from the scalp — for example in the cases of eczema or psoriasis — using extra time under the steamer to loosen plaques.
Please note: The final price will be based on your specific needs and more complex treatments may carry additional charges.

Hair Spa Treatment
Our Hair Spa Treatments are ideal if you want to address a cosmetic hair concern such as dryness or breakage, or a scalp issue like mild dandruff. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, a Spa Treatment will leave your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp.
